FAMILY HISTORY PROJECT

This book was taken from my father's library. He was a physicist and mathematician. The book is titled "Theory of Solid State." It contains many formulas and is written in the language of mathematics, which I do not understand, much like I do not fully comprehend my parents. I keep a personal journal, working through events and memories on the pages of this book. It contains numerous archival stories and my reflections. On the cover of the book, there's a multi-layered inversion illustration based on a photograph where my parents are pushing my sister and me in a stroller under a sign that reads “meat.” The format of diary entries also encompasses flowing experiences of the present—I process them using drawing, resembling a long accordion (the previous diary was about 10 meters long). The drawings are predominantly made in inversion, aligning with my perspective of events.
